UHA is a volunteer-run organization, so naturally we LOVE it when you volunteer! Come be a part of the best Strength Community around! Show up when you're able and stay for as long as you can. Select one of time options from the dropdown, but we are flexible and love to teach!

General unloading and layout at 9am and raising standards at 2pm.
